Flipping: Beginner looking to network and find a mentor in LA

Hello everyone!

I am an entrepreneur, mostly in the consumer goods, tech and consulting areas. I've launched and grew many successful companies and now I am relocating to Los Angeles and my partner and I are looking to transition into REI.

I did some some REI back in the late 1990's in Detroit before I moved to NYC, where real estate is just crazy expensive, thus I got away from it.

I'd love to network with some other flippers (new or experienced), contractors, brokers/agents, financiers and hopefully also find a mentor.

Thanks!

sjw
