Here are the before and after pictures of the latest rehab that I did in Fayetteville, NC.  The repairs were about $35,000. Some of the biggest expenses were roof, windows, new driveway and tree removal.  I am always looking for more sources of deal, so please message me if you are a wholesaler in the area.  Thanks.
