Before and After pics of our latest rehab to rent

Just wanted to post a few pictures. These are by no means all inclusive, but they do show the quality of work that was put into this project. New carpet, kitchen flooring, light fixtures/ceiling fans, paint throughout, new baseboards throughout, new electrical outlets/switches/cover plates throughout. Not pictured: general yard cleanup, hauled off some trash, hauled away 5+ years of pine needle buildup, painted exterior of detached storage/laundry room, painted all trim.

This property is in Southern California. This SFH sits on one acre which also has a duplex that is ours as well. One side of the duplex is occupied, with the other side vacant and gong back on the market very soon.

The extra holes in the enclosure can now be covered up by a plate designed to do so and that you can buy from the big box stores, so that you can go single handle without a massive change to the shower enclosure.
