Removal of Appliances / Cars

Forgive me if there is a discussion about this topic already but I did some searching and was unable to find anything.

What does one do when there is junk left in and around a house you purchase that has potential value to someone?  If there are junker cars left in the yard, or broken washers, dryers, etc?  I know at a minimum there is some scrap value for the metal.  What does everyone do to get rid of the excess junk?  Who do you call and can you actually get some money out of the deal?

Thanks in advance!

Hey @Jared Viernes

You can find someone that would be willing to clean out your property that you can pay. That is what we do and there are junker/scrap metal places will come pick up metal and junker cars and pay you for it. Call around your local area and see what you can find!
