Asbestos siding🤷🏼‍♂️ what to do with it

There's been a few houses come up lately around me that look pretty good for a rental and great price. Only problem is the siding is asbestos. 😱. Anyone got suggestions for these older homes with this stuff? Can vinyl be put over it or is it just a problem waiting to happen?

I use to own a rental with asbestos siding and it was no big deal. It actually saved my house from burning down when the house next door had a fire. If my house had been vinyl siding I have no doubt it would have burnt to the ground.
