I’m a wholesaler in New Jersey and I have this house under contract. What is my next step?

@Jvyzane Bourne now you need to find a buyer.  The contract will also guide most of your next steps, re: due diligence time periods, ordering title, if you want/need an attorney to draft documents/write a title opinion.

If you are looking for the contact information for a title company in NJ pm me.  I have the name of a couple companies who work with wholesalers and do good work.  I use them for my clients frequently.
