Insulation in flips

I have a flip which has about four inches of insulation in the attics. In flips do you typically add insulation as a selling point. Not sure if the return would be there for this activity and was wondering to do it or not. I would self perform this which would be one day and about 800-1000 dollars in materials.

@Jonathan Smith You'll want to do it if all the other homes in your area typically have insulated attics.   It isn't really going to add value, but you don't want a buyer coming in thinking they'll be needing or wanting to make a $1,000 improvement right off the bat.  Most buyers don't have extra money to through at improvements, so you want the home to be move-in ready with nothing to do.  That doesn't mean it has to be perfect.  But you don't want any eye sores or things left undone that really ought to be done.
