Hey all!

Curious to hear others opinions on which areas around Cleveland they feel are on the rise. I know a lot of people feel it is Lakewood, but I noticed it seems to be a little saturated. I think Old Brooklyn is one to keep on the radar.

Just looking to chat!

Lakewood is in my opinion in the same spot it's always been. Not going anywhere. Prices have gone up over the last few years but that's all of the USA coming out of the crash. My opinion is that you should take a look at Brooklyn Centre. The whole northern half of 44109 is in an area that would make sense for gentrification. Right on the outskirts of Ohio City, Tremont, Gordon Square & you've got Metro committed to investing $1B over there.

Also as a side note anyone interested in learning more about Cleveland should take a look at The Ultimate Guide to Grading Cleveland Neighborhoods.
