Best listing service website ?

I am new and currently looking through Ziprealty.com, zillow and Redfin.com. I love Zillow to get some comps, but the data is very old. Others do not have much information. I got my hands on listingbook.com for some time which had only an hour delay from the MLS.

Is there any other providers of this service which is better than the rest ?

Make it your mission to get MLS access. It is available. You just have to ask the right people. I wouldn't want to do this business without the right tools and the most important tool is the MLS.
