what is your BEST tip in selling a house?
Hi
Just curious, I don't have too much experience but here goes
1. Natural, clean, generic
2. Staging and virtual staging
3. Priced right (but that's hard sometime with costs)
4. Market timing( not to be stale on the mkt)
What I don't know:
1. Right broker??
2. Open house??
3. Renting furniture to stage vacant home??
I'm myself haven't sold much so just curious

#1: Priced right. Your costs are irrelevant. Price it correctly for its condition, location and competition and it will sell.
