Layouts for turning a studio into a one bedroom

Looking at a multiunit that has a couple studio apartments.  Most need to be redone and it is a solid concrete construction building.  Thinking of turning the studios into one bedroom, as rent rates are higher in the area for dedicated one bedrooms.  The footprint is roughly 14 feet wide by 26 feet deep.  Anybody have any good ideas/sketches on converting?
