Hello BP community! We have purchased our first rental property its in Woonsocket Rhode Island, purchased cash we are in the process of rehabbing the 1st floor, and the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Tenant is already in place in the 2nd floor, but her bathroom was a mess. Rotted floor from leaky toilet rotting walls due o leaking shower valve, and previous owner just ignored. so her floor was taken off, sub floor replaced, new flooring put in, new toilet and vanity and sink, now working on new shower valve and tiles. The first floor was completely gutted to the studs and in the works of putting it together now. finished photos coming soon! here are a few of the process in works.
