New Fort Wayne Investor

I am the true definition a newbie trying to build relationships. I recently went to some reia meetings and absolutely got intrigued and want more. I have yet to pull the trigger on my first deal but have been doing a lot of research, talking to both experienced and newbie investors, reading lots of books and listening to pod casts. I think my passion is that I enjoy serving others and I'm willing to make Ft Wayne better so it would be great to have someone that shares that same passion.  Any recommendations on real estate agents or closing agents that are around?
Also, would love to hear from local investors on what your biggest tips for new wholesalers in the area?

Hey Kevin - I have done deals in Ft Wayne and can definitely tell you what to look out for. Drop me a line sometime and I can tell you about my experiences.
