Hey what's up all. My name is Kevin and I currently reside in the Indianapolis area. I was born and raised in Indianapolis and I've always been interested in Real Estate investing but just haven’t met the right people to get going in a big direction upward. The great thing is, I’m an accounting major and I can hustle hard, but I am wanting to do more deals. Let’s connect

Are you wanting to get out of your house? I’m interested in buying single family and multi- families 4 units or less in the State of Indiana at the following Counties: Marion,Hamilton and Hendricks.

Please PM

Kevin - (317)763-2461 - If you don't call me now on this, it may already be too late! Forget realtors, I have all the deals!  - 209-211 N Beville Ave - 1,134 sq. ft. duplex has a nice fence and needs minor repairs. $35K with $5k in repairs needed. $135K comps. Keep as duplex or convert to single family. 2151 Gargany Ct. - Great neighborhood for retail flip! This 4/2 has built in financing on this one! 3902 N Layman Ave - 1,945 sq. ft., 3 bdrm/1ba. Great rehab, $27K, $30K repairs needed, $125K comps. This one will go quick! 1335 Commerce Ave - 2 bedroom 1,736 sq. ft. House is in great shape with no repairs needed for only $65k. CIREIA is the central Indiana real estate association and they come in handy when you need anything.  Also, INREIA but check out meetup.com or on Facebook. I have a Facebook group for Indianapolis Landlords where we share properties and have connect.

Hi, I'm a local investor in Indianapolis and being boots on the ground for other investors,  I have found lots of potential in Indianapolis because of people from other states coming in to leave.  I would be able to keep a lookout for anyone because I work as an ambassador for a car sharing service driving around the city during the week.

Hey Son D, I am a local investor in Indianapolis and my group of investors can purchase your properties quickly.  Please let me know if they are still available?

If you want to get a head start, you can bird dog for experienced investors and feed off other people to find out what is working in your market. Property management could be outsourced so you can focus on producing income for early financial freedom. Wholesaling is a good way to leverage other people if you are fearful of getting started because you don’t need money or credit to start raising capital to invest
