 My name is Lance Woolverton and I am a real estate investor living in Owensboro and working in Evansville. I currently am focused on buy and hold investing and  flipping for additional capital.
 

I am a blue collar worker looking to make a better future for my family through investing. I have been researching on bigger pockets and the podcast without posting much. Today I am confident in my education and ready to make the leap into real estate investing. I am very motivated and I am a grinder. I would love to find local people to connect and possibly partner with.

We absolutely love Evansville, Indiana for buy and holds. The entry cost is very low. We have an investor that does his commercial and flips in Louisville, buy and holds in Evansville. Best of luck! 

Rob, why Evansville, IN and not Owensboro, KY?  Just curious.  Is the crime or areas lower grade in KY just across the river?

I am not sure about Evansville but I know that between Clark/Floyd counties Indiana and Louisville the taxes for investors are better south of the Ohio river.

Welcome Lance I live in Owensboro just getting started aswell! Started listening to BP last year and did my 1st and last flip this year. I learned so much I am closing Tuesday on my 2nd investment property which I BRRRing. If you want to check it out sometime let me know.
