Hello,
I own a property that has no loan on it in Detroit and I'd like to see if I could refinance some money out of the property. It is in the $50K range which I know makes it a little difficult to find lenders at that price, however, I figured I'd ask.
I would appreciate if anyone had any suggestions on local banks or lenders who you've had a positive experience with. Appreciate any input.
Chris

I know Caliber Home Loans work on a lot of non-traditional loan products. You could try to contact them to see if they might be of assistance.
Tom Slater is who I would contact.

Hi @Ericka Williams yes - I found a great lender and am happy to share their contact with you... message me if you'd like their information... (I will post their contact information here as well, I just asked for their approval first before doing so).

Will you be ok to share your contact person?
