Seeking Lawyer for existing tenant lease changes around Detroit

Hey all,

I'm under contract to purchase a duplex in the Detroit Metro area. I'm looking for a lawyer who has experience with purchases of properties that have existing tenants.  Specifically, what amendments will need to be done to make the lease apply to my ownership and up-to-date with all legal requirements.  Does anybody have somebody in the Detroit Metro Area they have worked with for matters like this?
