Any information on the company Deals in Detroit?

As in the title.

I'd love to know if anyone has had any dealings with them, or has heard anything about them. Their website goes by Detroit investment deals, but the name appears to be Deals in Detroit.

Thanks a lot in advance if anyone knows anything.
