This will be my first property that I’m trying to flip. I’m looking to connect with someone who could help me with the process.

You might have some luck on the “Metro Detroit Real Estate Real Estate Group” on Facebook. Near 10K investors, a large chunk of which buy and rent in the D. These investors are very much “time is money” type investors. Make your requests as specific as possible. I.e. don’t request someone to hep you with your process, request some thoughts on a specific process. Get to know the people, then ask for a mentor type relationship :)
