Just finished this house for an out of state investor in NYC.

We handled the buy/rehab/management. All in house.

Redford 3 bed 2 bath bungalow 

Basement/Garage

$91k purchase price

$14k rehab. Paint/all doors+garage door/flooring/bathroom/electrical, long list of fixes.

Rent $1,400
