CERA Funds Detroit - Who is doing it?

Questions:

Are YOU doing it all through the site or is their a community group to hold their hands?

How long is it taking you to get your funds? (I've heard it's faster if you file an eviction - truth?)

I've heard people say they only get 80% if you don't have a CoC and I've heard people get 100% and the CoC never came up.
