Looking for Sewer Scope And line location Company

Hi- I am looking for a recommendation for a company that does sewer line scope and locate (if broken) for a house I am purchasing. I have called a bunch in the area and they seem super expensive compared to what we pay in Colorado. 

It is probably me being cheap, but we pay between $79-119 for this and it includes a location if there is a break. The cheapest I have found is $250 and that does not include the location. If anybody can help me that will be great.
