Foreclosing in Illinois

Wondering what we should expect in terms of time (and cost) for an uncontested FC in Illinois.  Christian county (not Cooke).  Any recommendations on a good firm (or firms to avoid)?

For timing the courts are still all over the place a little bit and if it’s occupied evicting can be painful now. I would target 15-18 months and you will spend $7500 +/-

Attorneys are allowed $3200 but it’s the filing fees that get you.
