We purchased a 1st position npn in Memphis in hopes that the borrower can get financial aid from the Hardest Hit Fund program, but browsing to http://www.keepmytnhome.org/ it shows that they shut it down on 7/31. Does anyone have any info if other states will be shutting down theirs??

Thanks,

Bob

The government just did a shakedown of BofA for several billion dollars so my guess is some of that money is going to find it's way back into the HHF programs.

I never count on HHF.  If I can get it great, but it is not ever a factor in figuring if I can turn a profit on a NP loan, it is just pure upside if I do get it.
