JV on Non Performing Seconds
Hello fellow Note Investors - Looking for a JV partner whose expertise is in NPN seconds and willing to guide as we work through a small pool that they have/can acquire through their network of institutional sellers. Not looking for passive funds but a more active/transparent involvement from acquisition to exit of these liens. If you are the one or know of a one, I'd love to hear from you.

Checkout Sherman arnowitz at keyhole financial. He has a program that you pay $2500 for training and then you JV with him on 5 deals I believe it's something along those lines
You can also check out Fuquan Bilal as well at NNG. Please note I have not taken either one of these training but both are well known in the industry.
