Note investing and 1031 Exchange?

Hello, I'm kind of new to BP forums. I own a few mortgage notes (bought of FCI), and was wondering if I can use 1031 exchange to defer taxes into another note purchase, same way one would do it with a property.

Thanks,

Ariel

Nope, 1031 applies to actual real estate.
