New to Note Investing - Austin TX
Hello, is there anyone in Austin that has a couple years or more of experience in note investing who would take me up on lunch or coffee? Just finished reading Dave Van Horn's book for the second time and ready to get this train moving :)

@Natasha Hunter hit the nail on the head. If your looking for notes in Austin your not going to find them. Texas is a lender friendly state with fast foreclosure timelines so banks tend to hold them and if they move them they are expensive because of the FC timeline. Also since Texas is appreciating in values most homes are not underwater so banks will take them to foreclosure since it would not make sense to sell at a discount when there is equity.
If you start to look at where to invest, start in non judicial states and make sure you have an attorney in that state on speed dial.
