Yield ranges for various types of notes

Hi,

I'm looking for general guidance on acceptable yield for different types of notes. I know this is a tough question to answer and will vary from investor to investor, but even a rough range would be helpful.

Basically, I'm wondering what types of yields people expect in the following "classes" of notes.

Again, even rough ranges would be helpful.

solid Performing 1st:

scratch-n-dent 1st:

newly re-performing 1st:

seasoned re-performing 1st:

@Steven Meyer We could find 50 people and you would have 59 different answers and 45 different ways people calculate yield. I buy performing and non performing 1sts (don’t do seconds). Most of the product you will see are reperforming 1sts or non performing. With 12 months seasoning you can expect 8-12-% on a performer, some will want higher some ok with lower and on NPN anywhere from 24-30% is what people target. A lot of factors in play including state, location, property value, appreciating or depreciating area etc. these returns are targets but with volatility some may produce higher returns and some may produce lower returns.
