BRRRR with Tax Liens
I'm looking to invest in tax certificates in Birmingham, AL. I wanted to know if I have to go through the quiet title process in order to do a refi-cashout on a property. If anyone has any suggestions for financing this type of deal, I'd love to know.
I want to use the BRRRR strategy. If anyone has experience with using tax liens to do this particular strategy please let me know as well.
