I'm looking to invest in tax certificates in Birmingham, AL. I wanted to know if I have to go through the quiet title process in order to do a refi-cashout on a property. If anyone has any suggestions for financing this type of deal, I'd love to know. I want to use the BRRRR strategy. If anyone has experience with using tax liens to do this particular strategy please let me know as well.

Does anyone have experience with using HUD Multifamily Loans? I'm open to any suggestions concerning the approval process. I have questions on refi requirements too.

@Shaun Weekes I’m just researching so I can have a pre approval when I submit my deal to a hard money lender. I figured I wouldn’t get more than 70-75, I just thought it doesn’t hurt to ask.

Does anyone have any suggestions for lenders that offer a cash out refinance at an LTV of 80%, with 6 months or less for the seasoning period, and service Alabama?
