Can anyone give me some advice on a way to make 6k a month by investing in tax liens

you need to pick an investment strategy, learn it and do not expect to make money the first few years as any money that you do make you should reinvest in growing your business. If there is money left over its slush money. 

Also when people say you can start with other people's money, that is typically not the case.
