Following along @andy Mirza and his last post

What’s the longest delinquent loan you had start paying again?

Acquired loan last month and made contact with borrower today and they made a payment. Last time a payment was made In 2015.

I think that is the longest running NPL to make a payment I have had.

What is the longest time you have gone ?

I tentatively have a borrower agreeing to start paying again from 2012. Also getting a DIL from a borrower who last paid 2010.

Man, I'm going to lose this one! The only re-performers we have are BK Ch 13. Do those count?
Best ones we have are two loans with about a two year delinquency before the BK filing. One is now a steady re-performer and the other is 60+ days late, pre-MFR.
