Fannie Mae approved servicer

We're looking to buy a loan that requires a Fannie Mae approved servicer. Unfortunately, FCI is not Fannie approved.

I've been told that BSI and SN are.

Most of the other Fannie approved servicers are large companies that won't except single loans.

Anybody know of other smaller Fannie approved servicers?

@Andy Mirza

Not familiar with any as most are larger as they need to have $2.5M net worth and significant cash reserves - I believe sorties was (but they were sold). Was not sure if SN was.

I believe shellpoint and select portfolio services are but not sure if they do investor solo loans

If SN is then I would say send it there
