Local Contractors, Vendors and Recommendations, 150+ unit complex

Hi all, 

We recently took over a 150+ unit apartment complex in the Bellefountaine area of St. Louis. I am looking for any recommendations on the following: 

1. Lawn mowing service

2. Fencing company (repair chain link fence) 

3. electrician 

4. Turn or make ready crews (crew that can do everything, not just a painter etc) 

5. Gutter company. 

6. Pest Control 

7. Plumber for hot water change-outs (licensed) 

8. Any recommended persons you know looking for full-time work doing turns or make ready. We are willing to hire a crew to work for the next few months turning units.
