Unincorporated Parts of Clark County for STR

Just read that Clark county will allow STR for the unincorporated parts of the county next year. Does anyone know which parts of Clark county will be best for this? Also if there are any experienced people or agents that have insight in this, please comment. My wife and I want to focus on Vegas now.

The “problem” you’re going to have with any investment in these areas is obvious…

A year from now they say "we tried it. People don't like it. We're outlawing it again…" make sure any property you buy in these areas will work as a LTR only. When they outlawed it in the county and in Las Vegas they didn't grandfather people in. They just made everyone apply from scratch and pay for licenses and it was first come first served for legal separation from other STR.
