5/6 bedroom houses in North Las Vegas under $400K. Worth it?
I am looking at houses with 5 or 6 bedrooms in North Las Vegas just under $400K. I am looking to rent it out for a couple years and eventually move into it. There are some nice houses in North Las Vegas at this price point. Can I make some profit on this type of properties? Can I expect more than $2500 for rent? I will be out of town so I can't rent out individual rooms. Otherwise I guess I can collect $600 * 6 = $3600 rent ideally. I am using 3.875% interest rate for investment property. For primary residence I can get 2.75% rate with excellent credit.
