I’m looking for a reliable person who knows what the hell they are doing and doesn’t short cut stuff to get the job done fast. The jobs are in occupied homes right now, so attention to detail is a must. Rentals and flips on occasion. 
Mostly in the northeast side of Columbus Ohio. Hit me up if you know of anyone. Thanks
