I am looking to invest in the Columbus market, as I'm from Pittsburgh and familiar with the demographics.
Is it a more a tenant or landlord friendly market? How quickly a landlord can evict a tenant when a lease is violated? What's the grace period a tenant has to pay their rent before receiving an eviction notice?
30 days for the violation of the lease if the tenant doesn't fix the violation. 3 days for the notice to leave, then eviction complaint. PM me if you have more questions. I usually get back quick unless I'm sleep. Lol
