Tax filing in Bedford, Ohio
I bought my first duplex in Bedford, Ohio last year so this is my first time dealing with taxes as a real estate investor. Does anyone know what forms I need to file with the City of Bedford? Since I acquired the property later in the year so I have not yet made any profits off of it. I've looked through the city's website but it isn't too clear exactly what I need to file. Any help would be appreciated.
