Need Recommendations for General Contractor in Cleveland

I'm looking for recommendations for a Cleveland general contractor who has worked with investors befor and has several years of experience in renovating Fix&Flip deals, who will be able to reach out to potential properties to give renovation estimates.

I would also be happy to receive recommendations for home insurance company in ohio.

@Omri Biderman   Have you already purchased the properties or are you assembling a team? A lot of the good contractors are very busy right now and are not too inclined to bid on a project/give an estimate on something you "might" buy..............just an FYI
