Looking for GC recommendations for mid-range rehab
How's it going! First post, so bear with me. My team recently purchased a BRRRR property in 19121. The previous tenants destroyed the property, so there is a decent amount of work to be done. It is 3 units with a total of 8 beds. If anyone in the Philadelphia area has recommendations for contractors, please DM or comment below! Ideally, we would like to find one GC that can handle all disciplines, not really interested in a guy that is going to sub out all the work. Working on a fairly short time frame, so larger teams would also be ideal. Thank you in advance!
