Need drain cleaning service in Philadelphia

My main sewer line is clogged. I pumped out everything I could but the clog is still there.

I do not own a snake and would prefer not to have to rent the big heavy one, but I am open to purchasing one of the handheld ones. I'm not sure it is long enough for what I need though.

Is this something that can be cleared with the handheld snake?

FWIW, all drain/waste plumbing in the house is PVC, including the main sewer line.... right up until it disappears! From there to the street it is cast iron. There is a cleanout (pvc) fairly close to where the pipe exits the basement.

There are no tree roots from here to the street. I predict that whatever is causing this clog came from either myself, my wife, or the BABY. This is the first time I have had this problem since living here, about 3 years.

If you have some advice let me know. If you have a contact for a good drain cleaning servicer at a good price let me know. Thanks!
