Hi Pro,

I am an out of town investor looking to purchase a 2 story 3bd/1bath house that is 1232 Sq Ft on 17th Ave in Ambridge PA. I am a real estate broker in CO but have no market knowledge in Ambridge but I do understand the importance of having an accurate ARV. I also understand that everyone's time is valuable.
