Memphis Short Term Rental Rules/Laws/Taxes
Can anyone currently investing in Short Term Rentals in the Memphis area shed some light on the current rules and regs?
The ones I know of so far are (please correct if wrong):
5% Tax
Option for the city to inspect for code compliance
Option for city to inspect for food and safety compliance
Someone associated with the property must live within 50 miles of rental
