Contractor recommendations, please!

I'm in desperate need of a reliable contractor to give me a quote for repairs on a duplex this Monday or Tuesday (March 2 or 3, 2020). I'm happy to pay a contractor for his/her time (because I'm not trying to waste it!).

If you are a contractor or can recommend one, please let me know ASAP.
