How Is Houston Doing For Cashflow?

Hi BP's Texas Investors.

Im narrowing down the locations which I would like to invest in. Texas is coming up Trump when it comes to population and economic Growth.

As im based in NZ and do to having direct flights to Houston that comes easier to choose.

My main reason for investing outside of NZ is for cashflow, preferably in B plus areas.

To cashflow proper one need a gross yield of 15%, are these still available in Houston?

Any feedback and locations advise would be great, no flood areas please.

Thanks in advance team, H

@Account Closed I would be cautious with Networth Realty or New Western Acquisitions. These are large companies that sell a lot of houses BUT they seem to be consistently around +90% ARV. I can only speak from my experience but I have NEVER found a property they sent me to be a deal. I have subsequently been removed from their mailing lists.

As far as the shootings go, it seems to paint a gloomy picture of West Houston doesn't it? There are bad neighborhoods and idiots in every city, and, although unsettling, I don't think this accurately reflects West Houston.

I look for $400/mo minimum cash flow.

Please do let me know when you're in town. I'm always willing to talk real estate.
