May be moving to Coppell in the next few months!

I'm currently living in San Antonio and I'm about to finish my real estate national/state exam to become a realtor over the summer... but a job opportunity to teach in Coppell has come up with a big possibility that I'll be moving there in June. After looking at the market for a split second - there are very little if any MFH - is this correct? I'm looking to purchase a MFH or a SFH I can brrr or just live in for 1-2 years and then turn into a rental with my VA loan (so can't be a flip - as it has to pass VA). I plan on getting connected with agents/investors when/if I move up there but I just wanted to start to get to know the market a little better like I do here in San Antonio. Any advice is appreciated... on whether I should look outside Coppell, or where exactly the market is trending!
