Driving for Dollars around College Campus
Going to drive around my old Alumni tonight to look for some property. The city has started renovating the roads and creating a downtown area near by, and I heard today that the college is buying up property like crazy. Lets see how this house turns out.

Depends on the kind of property the college is buying and whether or not that purchase will competition will hurt. One constant is the demand for off campus housing, especially near major state universities. What college are you referring to?
