Hi there. Im a new investor in Albuquerque NM and was wondering if anyone had suggestions of local real estate agents who are also investors/own rentals themselves. Im currently working with an agent here and although she is very knowledgeable about the area she does not think like an investor. Thanks.

Hey @JC Cochran, I'm an investor and I've done a little bit of work in ABQ flipping houses and cash flowing. Not an agent but I'm happy to collaborate. I've had a ton of challenges with agents/contractors in Albuquerque and it took a while to find a few that even somewhat think like investors.
