Can you make more pretending to be a guru than doing actual real estate investments?

How much money can I make pretending to be a real estate guru. Sure, I have success under my belt and have considered whether doing real estate training where I  don't deliver real value to offer much more profit. Should I take this on in my area.

Sure you can...but it's a crowded market. Make sure you find a vacant mansion for sale, rent a Lambo and get a pic in front of the house while leaning against the rented car (side view of the car only so the plates won't be visible)...then you're on your way to ensuring the fool and their money are soon parted. The good thing is that in a world where there is so much information available at our fingertips, few will actually use it to vet a guru. The "guru" business model works.
